Artist / Dog Enthusiast

Hello! I am a Maine native with a degree in Studio Art and Art History. After graduating from the University of Maine in 2010, I found my niche combining my love of art with my love for dogs through custom pet paintings.  In each painting, I strive to capture the animal's personality perfectly. I primarily paint in acrylic, however enjoy using a variety of mediums and painting styles in order to create the most perfect custom piece. My favorite works are often times dogs I've gotten to meet in person! I love getting a sense of each subject's induvial personality and characteristics, and it's always a pleasure to meet the real star of the show.

I work outside of Portland Maine with my assistant, Eddie. Eddie is a chihuahua mix from Texas who provides me with inspiration and moral support. He is paid in carrots, as that is his favorite treat.
